The Internal Team at Therapeutic Resources
The Therapeutic Resources team provides a high level of client service with a commitment to building long-term relationships with every member of our field staff. Our office staff represent the values, honesty and integrity that define the company. Recruiters are educated on clinical requirements and issues facing permanent and traveling therapists and trained on how to address issues that may arise.
The philosophy at Therapeutic Resources is not typical among staffing companies. Yes, our goal is to make placements, but only if it’s the right fit for the candidate. We don’t believe or practice high pressure sales, and we always strive to maintain mutual respect and trust with our clients and candidates.
