Travel Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) - RAD Tech

Please note: 2 years of CVT experience required within the last 5 years

CVT Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Cardiovascular Technologist with RAD Tech experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Portland, OR. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon your clinical skills while advancing your career as an CVT. The travel assignment entails helping physicians diagnose and treat patients who may have cardiac and vascular disease. You care about patients and strive to help physicians achieve optimal outcomes. You will conduct invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems, maintain equipment, and record test results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients to the cardiology suite, answer their questions, and respond to requests.
• Assist physician in performing invasive procedures. Perform related radiographic/fluoroscopic imaging techniques to locate catheter.
• Complete electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) tests.
• Complete noninvasive peripheral vascular tests using ultrasound imaging.
• Document patient services by completing patient records, forms, reports, logs, and other records.

Job Requirements:

• Current CPR/ BLS certification
• 2 years of CVT experience required within the last 5 years
